Issuing connecting with payment platform

    We are having an issue on our jotform platform connecting with PayPal. after a donor is redirected to our PayPal account, the page never comes up for them to complete their donation.


    Our IT stated it is an issue with jotform platform which is why I am contacting you today.

    It appears that you have multiple forms associated with your account. Can you please provide us with the form URL so we can check?

    Also, it seems like you have mistakenly uploaded an image. Can you please provide us with a screenshot of the issue you have encountered?

    Hi,

    Thank you for sharing the form URL.

    Can you please ask the user to use another browser when submitting the form?

    Also, may I ask if this issue happened before or just recently? It would be best if you attached a screenshot of the issue so we can check further.
