I am attempting to download all PDF versions of our form submissions. Unfortunately, most of the requests are not being delivered. Those that are, take an hour or more to be delivered. Would you please check from your end to see if there is any disruption in delivering the email to download our PDFs?

I reviewed that article before beginning to make Download All requests. For the requests that were delivered to our email, yes it sent a zip file link. But I made several others requests that never delivered the zip link in an email. Since Tuesday afternoon no more emails have been delivered. I submitted about 5 yesterday, but none have come through.

I do have a suggestion for this feature that would make the experience better. I noticed when making subsequent download all requests that a notification would display indicating the percentage of PDF files that were ready. It would be very helpful for that progress indicator to always be visible while downloads are being requested. -
