Hi there,
I created my first form which includes a mandatory payment. I've had a number of people tell me the've completed the form and payed but I'm not seeing the submissions in my account. I even filled out the form myself and did not receive the submission. Thoughts?

The submissions were actually routed to your Pending payments.
This occurs when the payment was declined or somehow the submission was not completed:
