Brands Page conditions not going through the Thank You Page

    Hello! I added another brand and totally messed everything up. I can't get past the first page.

    Could you please share more details of your concern? Currently, there are 5 brands in the dropdown and 4 of them have conditions. Are you referring to the Bees Organic Water brand?

    I cloned your form, selected that brand and I was able to get past the 1st page.

    After the BRAND is selected on the first page, it should then flow to that BRAND page only for input.

    Then the next page should be Consumer comments, followed by BA Comments.

    I attempted to complete a brand report for "GOODE FOODS". Got as far inputting numbers, hit next and ...nothing happened.


    Essentially with all BRANDS in the dropdown I should be able to go to the BRANDS corresponding page only (the other pages should hide), input data and the continue to the last two "Comment" pages before submission.

    So I tried selecting the Good Food brand and then after a couple of pages, I was prompted with this blank page.

    Thank you for waiting.

    This page for Good food has a divider instead of a page break. I would like to know if the fields after the divider should belong to the Good food, or it should be for another page.

    Then you should amend your conditions for that page so it won't direct you to a page break.

    I checked the other brands and they don't have issues in going through the thank you page.

    Yes the divider and the Pic Select page stays.

    No, my issues is still not resolved. Is there any way to have this assigned to the individual who fixed my form before??

    I basically deleted the conditions on a cloned form and redo them.

    Hello,

    Please make a clone of their version of the form and then you'll be able to see exactly what the conditions are that they made and be able to implement them on your form or just use the copy of their form instead.
