How do I add a hyperlink? To a header or text

I cant see the "text" option under quick elements to do this.

Thanks for contacting Jotform!

Unfortunately, it is not possible to insert a hyperlink in the Header field. For security reasons, HTML tags are not allowed in the Form Builder.

But you can definitely use the Text tool if you want to insert a link into the form. You can refer to this user guide:
