Have you checked your inbox/spam messages for the password reset link? Also, kindly make sure that you are signed in on the correct email address used on your Jotform account. Here's the workaround for resetting your password:
To get the link, you need to:
1.) Visit Jotform's Website.
2.) Click on the Login button.
3.) Click the Forgot Password? Link at the popup:
4.) Enter either the email address or username.
5.) Click the Send Reset Instructions button.
6.) Check your email inbox for the password reset email.
7.) Click the Reset Password button or the URL provided in the email.
8.) Enter your new password, and click the Reset My Password button, and you’re done.
