Can you see non-submitted entries to a form?

We use JotForm for many intake forms. Is it possible to see abandoned form information?

Please note that submission will only be captured after the form is submitted but if you want to save the input data of customers so that they can fill form fields and then continue later, You may enable Continue Forms Later.

You can turn it on by going to form Settings>Show More Options>scroll down until you see Continue Forms Later and set the selector to Enabled.

This will allow you to display a Save button on your form. You can design your form in the following way:

1. Have the critical contact information on the first page

2. Ask the customer to fill out the fields and click Save before navigating to other portions of the form

3. This way, if the customer does not finish filling out and submitting the form, you will be able to access the data by clicking on the Incomplete Submissions section of the Submissions page (the button will appear after the form's Continue forms Late setting is enabled)
