Data Security and Policy

Hello! I read on the FAQs page that all data submitted is secure and not shared however do you have any policy stating this? I plan to have clients submit billing information into a form and want to ensure that their information is safe.

Hello Julie,

As long as the data is on our server it is surely safe. We have cluster of servers and are monitored regularly. To further secure your data you can use your form's secure / SSL URL to to rule out any issue while the data is being transmitted from your browser to our server.
