I have questions regarding the different packages

I'm new to this and what to take advantage of the 50% but I want to go more in detail about the difference between the packages and would prefer a call back. Is there anyone I can speak to live?

The main difference between the plans is the account usage limits, for example, with a free account you can receive up to 100 submissions in a month while with a bronze plan you can receive up to 1,000 submissions in a month. The access to apps, integrations and other features is the same for all the account types.
