I keep getting error message when I click on signature box for form. Error 404?

    I keep getting the following error message when I click to sign the form.

    I have seen temporary issues with the signature boxes resolve themselves after some time. I have tested the signature box and was unable to replicate any issues with it.

    Please provide the URL to the form that is having issues.

    1. Go to your My Forms page.
    2. Find the form you would like to edit and choose Publish.
    3. Click the Copy URL button and paste that URL here in the Support form. 1642091153 61e05291b31c4 Screenshot 21
