Every time I get notification when someone completes the form why does it not include Employee Acknowledgement in the notification?

    Every time I get notification when someone completes the form why does it not include Employee Acknowledgement in the notification?

    Are you referring to this paragraph element on your form?

    If this is the one you're referring to, paragraphs are not automatically included in notification emails. Only the form fields where users input their data are usually set on the email content.

    If you want that element to be added in the notification email, you can create a new row then just add the text manually like on the screenshot below.

    You may also consider attaching the PDF document version of the submission in your notification email instead of adding the text manually. Paragraphs are automatically added to the PDF document of the submission.
