Customers getting a blank page on the jotform, happens on mobile or desktop. Seems to be mainly apple phone or desktop

    Good day - I hope your day is going well.

    Our form is set up so our clients can sign up for our workshops. For some reason when people get to the final page, page 12, the toileting consent form. The page after that should take the customer to the paypal cart so they can check out. That doesn't seem to be the case. How do I fix this?

    I've added "error100" as a promo code for troubleshooting.

    We would like to ask if you are using a Business PayPal Account? As it is a requirement for the integration of Paypal Checkout.

    If you are, please try clearing your browser's cache and re-integrate PayPal checkout.

    Good day -

    We use a paypal business account and I followed the instructions to go in and clear the cache. We did have one new submission this morning that was able to sign up and pay. Now I have another person trying to sign up and pay and they are seeing the same issue as before. Please advise.
