    Why am I no longer able to see my forms after I changed to the free service? Ive paid hundreds of dollars to jot form and need my clients info...

    Hello there,

    As per checking, the account associated with your email was suspended as the form with the ID of 212157125583150 (Card Info AM+) is collecting Credit Card details.

    Collecting credit card details using regular text fields is not allowed here in JotForm. Please check our terms of use.

    If you need to collect payments from your users, please use one of our payment processors.

    You may also capture the card details and charge the user at a later date.

    I have deleted the offending fields in the form and reactivated your account.
