Is there any way to add a feature that we can have the confirmation box

Is there any way to add a feature that we can have the confirmation box "spread to columns" for the confirmation email field? Right now it will only stack (show up right below the other), and this doesn't always fit the style of our forms.

Thank you for your feedback. You can use Field Confirmation Widget by the following steps below:

1. Click on Add Form Elements Plus Tab on the left side of the page.

2. Click on Widgets and search as a "Field Confirmation" and select Field Confirmation Widget.
