Why is my paypal form not sending notifications to my email inbox?

The form I created is not working. Once it is filled out entirely and submitted it never goes into my inbox and I never get a email verification. It's the form is titled: "SUBMISSIONS & EXHIBITION AGREEMENT"

You seem to have a paypal field on the form.

If a payment is not completed in paypal - you will not recieve a notification on your inbox.

The attepted payments are listed as incomplete payments - and you can view them by following this guide.

You can set up your form to send email notifications to your form whether or not a payment has been completed on paypal - that setting is found in the paypal field properties as shown below:
