    Hi Felix,

We are truly sorry to hear that.

I check the embedded form on your page with Chrome and Firefox browser but I am able to open the form collapse element without any problem. They work correctly as intended.

Do you have any info about the browser they're using when they experienced the problem? This kind of problem usually occurs when there's a conflicting script between the form and on your page or if there's javascript issue on the user's browser. Since the form works properly on my end, then I assumed it was a browser specific problem. However, I would still recommend embedding your form using iframe embed code to prevent any conflicts between the form and your page. Guide: Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

And also, did you check it on your side if the form collapse failed to work? Have you tried clearing your browser's cache? Please let us know any details that might help on investigating this matter.

    Thanks!
