    Need help! errors on form when user try to register and pay

    Hello,  

    I need help ASAP. Our camp participants are continuing to pay onsite and we just learned the reason.  Everyone is getting this message when they click on submit with all the fields completed:

    There are errors on the form. Please fix them before continuing.

    This is costing us money and we can't find the problem with the form.

    Hi,

    I was able to see the same problem when I made a test submision of your form in your website

    http://coachflowers.com/register.html

     

    But when I did the test using the form's direct URL http://www.jotformpro.com/form/41204158007948 I was able to make a successful submission

    So, the problem must be caused by a script conflict between those in your website and in the form's.

    To fix the script conflict, please re-embed the form into your website using the iframe code embed.

    Follow this user guide -Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    Make sure to clean or removed first the old existing embedded form that uses the script embed in your website before using the iframe code embed.

    Please try this suggestion. Inform us if issue persist even after doing so.
