Hello,
I am using jot form for people who are buying invitations and want to send the details they want printing on invitations.
There is already a template which I would like them to be able to see and edit with their own name, date or even change the text if so wished.
What do I need to do to add this to my form.?
Please advise a very frustrated customer. Thanks, Pam.

Hi Pam,
We understand your frustration and we apologize for any inconveniences caused.
What you're looking for is possible with Narrative Widget. You can compose your custom message/letter at the same time you can insert fields you want users to enter names or any information.

Hope this helps!
