My Form is Not Submitting: This form is currently unavailable

When someone hits submit on our form, they receive an error message that "This form is currently unavailable" and the screen turns grey. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

The issue is caused by a form Submission Limit set on your form. In order to fix the issue, please remove the limit under form Preferences.
