Form doesn't jump back to top of page when "Next" is hit...Asked by RockyMountainAnimalRescue on June 21, 2014 at 06:30 PM
Hello Super Human Support Team! I need your help.
We have had a number of people complain that nothing happens when they hit the "next" button. I think what's actually happening is that it does go to the next page, but doesn't jump to the top of the page.
I've confirmed that this is happening with Firefox regardless of the method I use to embed the form.
This is mostly resolve when using iframe embed code. Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. Try it, this might help. Though the downside here is that iframe does not have dynamic height, meaning the iframe height remains even if the form content increases unlike using default script embed code.
Hope this helps!
