My form entitled "RAP Concierge" is delivering an empty email to a cc: address
How do I change that.Secondly, is there a way to default the date (in the same mentioned form - field is called "closing/moving date") to 15 days in the future ??

Email settings can be configured on your form notification. Sorry but I'm not exactly sure what CC email address you're referring here, we only had the following settings on the email notification. You have few notifications on that form, kindly review each one of them.

i have set up the additional cc email address (aka notifier) yet it says "undefined" in the actual email
Also, any comment on the date question

I found the problem. It was your Notifier 2 that is blank and contains "undefined" text. Just delete this notifier and create a new one. This should resolve the problem.
