Hi, have created forms with you before and never had a problem.
Recently created a new form (only have one in my account) and i receive emails but when i reply my client oes not get the reply but seems i'm replying to my own email.
I have checked everything in reply to and recipient settings but cannot see anything wrong.
Can someone please check this for me and let me know if anything has changed with Jotform and i'm missing something.

You have to make sure that the Reply-To email is the actual email address of the form respondent.
Please check in your mailbox sent folder if the those reply messages you had were actually addressed to your form respondent email.
Perhaps when you replied, you were sending the email to "firstname.lastname@example.org" instead.
Review also this user guide How-to-Add-a-Custom-Sender-Address-to-an-Email-Alert . This should help understand how to setup the Sender Email and Reply-To email in your form notification email.
