I cannot get the form to work on a mobile device. I have embedded my form on to my website but it will not open when viewing it on a mobile device?

    Hi,

    When you say "it will not open", do you mean the form doesn't appear when viewed on mobile? Have you tried using this widget http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/mobile_responsive? See if this helps.

    May we also know which page you have placed the form so we can check it here? I am unable to find Jotform on your page, perhaps I have overlook something.

    We'll await your reply. Regards!

    hello,

    i mean you can't view it on a mobile. Here's the page http://www.minnietheclownparties.co.uk/book-a-party-payment-details.html

    When clicking your widget link. Where do you go next? Do you have to do a whole new form for a mobile?

    Thanks

    @jennamonkey

    The form's embed script seems to be unable to generate the form properly. I am not sure if this is a bug with our codes, or something on your page that is causing it. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

    We will be conducting further tests to figure that out. If there is a bug on our end, a bug report ticket shall be submitted. If not, we will find a solution to this problem right away.

    In the meantime, may we suggest that you re-embed the form using the iframe embed option?

    Let us know if this suggestion works for you.

    Kind regards
