How to have two options that allow a person to subscribe to the mailing list

    See example below... I'd like the first two options to subscribe to my mailing list... Is this possible?

    Do you have an email integration on your form?

    If not you can take a look at our apps in order to create mailing lists in a very easy way.

    For now you can create a condition to send an email after submission, that if any of the first 2 options are selected an email notification is sent:

    For this you can create a new email notification and call it mailing list.
