Email Alert

I have an online application form. Is there any way I can receive an alert via email to say that I've received an application?

Form Notifier is automatically created after you save your form. I check your current form, but the Notification Email is currently not yet configured. I think this is because you're using a form from our form template gallery. Please check:

a. while editing your form, click "Setup & Embed"

b. click on the Email Alerts button

c. after clicking email alerts, click "Notification 1" 

d. find and click "Reply-to and Recipient Email Settings" button:

e. configure your Sender Name, Sender Email and Recipient Email:
