We are having problems doing anything on Jot Form after logging in. If we try to create a new form or clone a form, a little tab comes up saying working, then nothing happens. If I click on profile, it shows nothing as if we are not logged in. I have tried this on different browsers and get the same result. Can you please help. My email address is digitalmedia@kefw.org

I've cleared your form cache for you to refresh your forms on your account. I would like to also recommend that you should clear your browser cache too then please log back into your account and try it again. If you continue to have an issue with it please let us know and we'll look into it more.

Well here's another question just to check on other thing first before I go digging into this problem even more to try to figure this out better. Is issue this for the account you are on? Or is it on another account as in the account your email address from above is attached to?

I see that you are currently logged in talking to me on this thread as " digitalhighia " but I did not find any related account for this in our system on my end. However, when I searched the email address you provided above I found that you have another username for account " digitalmedia " . So is this the account you are having this problem on then?

Once I have clarification about this to make sure I am checking the right account with this problem I will gladly test this problem furthermore. Also, may I have your permission to log into your account and create a clone of one of your forms and also a new form to test it more and see what happens?

Hi it should be the Digitalmedia account, I have no idea what the digitalhighia account is or how I have accessed it. I have tried logging on using Digitalmedia and a number of computers and get the same problems. Dave

You have full permission to log in and do what is required.

Thank you for the clarification about that. Only thing I can think of involving your username is perhaps our forum is reading it wrong so I will put that into a separate report.

Anyhow, Regarding your issue at hand I tested this further within your account and found that I seem to be unable to replicate the same problem with this on my end. I also did a secondary test where I created a clone of one of your forms on my Test Account but it was still the same result.

I was able to create a new form, edit, and even clone it. However, after re-reading your details I noticed an important part of what you first mentioned  If I click on profile, it shows nothing as if we are not logged in. "

This currently puts me under the impression it might possibly have something to do with your username perhaps which might be the reason you are unable to log in and access or do anything so I am trying to figure this out more so that we can get this fixed for you.

What browser|browser version are you using? Can you also please share a screenshot of this with us if possible? It sounds like you're not even logged in yet I can see you have logged in as you are talking to me though a different username. We'll get to the bottom of this one way or another.

    Hi Dave,

In addition to my colleague, I would advise to clear your browser(s) cookies for Jotform.

    For Google Chrome: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647?hl=en

    For Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/delete-cookies-remove-info-websites-stored

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks

I forgot to add that after you clear the Jotform's Cookies. Please log into your account using our preferred domain for your location which is: http://www.jotformeu.com. Make sure to login using the correct username: digitalmedia

Create a form, edit a form, make reports, and all other activities using this domain. You can also use www.jotformpro.com since you're a paid user.

    Thanks
