The submissions on our form are not coming to our email address. I tried switching to another email address and it did not work either.
This kind of defeats the whole purpose.

Please add a new Notifier Email in your form https://www.jotform.com/10125836198
Follow this user guide Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
When I checked your form, I noted that the notification email was no longer updated with the current version of the form. Adding a fresh new notifier should fix this issue.
