    Every step was followed but I am not able to locate the form in Dropbox.

    Hello Martha,

    I hope you are doing well, did you try re-integrating your form with Dropbox? If you didn't, please give it a try and let us know if this doesn't solve your purpose.

    Also, if you still face issues, please share the form URL with us, so that we can check your setup.

    Hello Patrick,

    I removed the integration and did it again. It still says it can't find the folder in Dropbox.

    I am gone have to cancel the subscription if I do not get to talk to someone on the phone. I need this fix so staff can submit the surveys. Having to wait for an answer is not going to work anymore.

    Hello Martha,

    You are currently using submission id as your dropbox folder name:

    Have you tried other form fields other than submission id? If not, please try the following to see how it goes:

    Uncheck 'Add response date before your subfolder name'

    Select a different form field other than submission id
