Good Morning, I'm having problem with the form "Pedido de Amostra OCQ" and "Pedido de Amostra Vetta". There is a field called "Itens" and when I input data on this field, the data is not showing at the e-mail.
The rest of form it's ok.

When I checked the forms
I noted that the form's Notification E-mails were like this
I am not sure yet what could have caused this. It seems that the form's Notification Email were corrupt and will not work anymore.
I suggest that you create a new Notifier for both the mentioned forms to have an updated form Notification Email.
Follow this user guide -Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
After adding new Notification Email, test submit the forms and check again if you are able to get a proper submission email from the forms.
Please update us if issues remains.
