Jotform Recaptcha

Hi There!

I just wanna ask if there's a way we can remove the captcha of our jotform. We are on the testing phase and our target audience is from Vietnam. For me to test the functionality i need to use VPN and change my location to Vietnam. and the captcha interrupt me once I submitted the form. Can you guide me on how do i remove the captcha so my prospect will not lose their way on my next page :)

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. We utilize reCaptcha to reduce the possibility of your form receiving spam submissions. Is this occurring upon every submissions, or are you only being prompted with the reCaptcha when the form is completed from a particular WiFi network?

I just tried whitelisting your IP address in hopes that this will resolve this issue. Please try this out once more, and let us know if the issue persists.

Thanks for the information. However, we tried the site on different PC and it working fine. I am afraid this happens on my client on vietnam. Because some of them clicked my ads/email marketing however they didn't go or signup on my affiliate account which is on dafabet site.

Please note that CAPTCHA only appears when there is suspicious behavior coming from an IP address, they're meant to protect users in case someone tries to abuse your forms.
