Is there a way to add a progress bar so they know how many questions are left after each response?

    Hi,

You can do this by adding our form progress bard widget:

    http://widgets.jotform.com/app/progress_bar

This will add a bar to your form indicating how many fields are left to be filled.

Please let us know if you have any further questions and we will be happy to help.

    Thank you for using JotForm!

    Awesome!

One more question. Do you have the technology to use customization and hidden merge fields to pass through the answers from previous questions? This gives the survey a customized feel?

For example. My first question might be "are you male or female".

In my second question I could ask "As a [male/female] what problem do you find you have?"

    Is this possible?

    Thanks,
