Can I only use the e-mail I used to sign up for my account as an SMTP?

    Can I only use the e-mail I used to sign up for our account with? Or can I use any e-mail in my company?

Yes, you can use the email address you used when signing up for your Jotform Account as an SMTP Sender Email Address, and you can also use any email from your company that you have access to. You just need to check with your email service provider about the availability and the correct setup if you want to add your account/company email address as an SMTP.
