The submissions are now coming through, however they are not triggering notifications that are setup on the form.

Is there anything other than the PUT to "https://api.jotform.com/form/#{FORM_ID}/submissions?apiKey=#{APIKEY}" that is required to trigger the notifications on the form?

Specifically we want the email notifications triggered as we have them setup on the form.

    Hello catherinejones,

I did check your form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. It should be sending the submission emails correctly.

I did check your account "Email History" and found that it sending the submission emails normally. Please check the screenshot below:

Please be noted that now you can yourself check the status of the submission emails sent. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History

Have you checked your spam folder already? Do check and see if the emails are there. You may also like to speak to your email service provider and ask them if they are blocking any emails form "noreply@jotform.com". Please ask them to white list our domain names to ensure that the emails are delivered successfully to your inbox. The following guide should help you grab the list of domain names which needs to be white listed:  https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if the issue persists.

    Thank you!
