Account Status: not receiving emails from Jotform

    Struggling with opening jotform on computer

    I need to change my password for my account. When I put in my email a message pops up that my email is in incorrect format. But it is not.

    When I ask for the reset email I don't receive anything in my mail or my spam.

    Can you help?

    Thank you for contacting Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it seems that comcast blocked incoming emails from Jotform. I've checked our email logs, and emails were sent to cayce.tiesler@comcast.net on our end, not deferred or bounced, which means we are able to send the emails but something goes wrong on the way. Cause of the issue may be your email system not receiving emails from jotform.com. You can contact your system administrator to trace the emails and check if they are blocked on your email system.

    Additionally, can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.
