Hi,
I am trying to create a form solution for our consultants to use.
Step 1:
consultant completes a form with following information:
Customer Name, Reference, Unique PDF File, Amount
Step 2:
Once submitted, a link is created to a new form for customer with following fields:
Customer name (From prev form)
Reference (From prev form)
Tickbox to approve PDF contents (From prev form)
eWay payment integration for Amount (From prev form)
Hope this makes sense, thanks.

Hello sajayc,
I believe you are trying to prepopulate a second form based on the data from the first form, correct? If so, you can pass the data through the URL automatically to the second form through the Thank You page. Here's a detailed guide: How to Automatically Pass Form Data to Another Form
However, if you are looking to manually generate the URL for prefilled form, you can use the Form Prefill feature: How to Prefill Form Fields With Data From Another Form With Form Prefill?
I hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance or if I missed anything. Thank you.

Thanks for the reply.
I had a look through, seems like it won't pass a PDF file from the first from through to 2nd form.....

Hello sajayc,
Thanks for getting back to us. The only way to pass data from one form to another is thru a prepopulated URL. Unfortunately, PDFs cannot be passed thru URLs, as such, it is not possible to pass PDFs from one form to another.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
