Approval flow: Approved forms still showing In progress

    I set up my first approval workflow and I am the approver. When I test, I get the approval email but nothing happens whether I hit Approve or Deny. When I go to Forms it show the request as "In Progress" rather than approved or deny. Can you explain what I am going wrong?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having difficulties with your form. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. I'm afraid I wasn't able to access your approval flow; however, it seems that you've only created a basic flow.

    To assist you better, can you please send us a screenshot of your approval flow? This guide will show you how to do that. For initial troubleshooting, I've cleared your form cache on our end to remove any minor bugs and glitches that could be the cause of the problem. Can you test your approval flow again and let us know how it goes?

    Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
