JotForm My Forms landing page has not fully loaded correctly

    Hi there -- for the past two days, if I try to edit any of my forms, I'm directed to a page with broken coding, and no way to edit the form. Can you please look into this? I've cleared caches (Chrome and Firefox), restarted machine (PC) & browsers, etc. -- nothing helps.

    I've attached a screengrab of what the pages look like.

    Okay so currently you are unable to access our website correctly to use your jotforms?

    I checked your account but this appears intact on my end.

    Usually what it means is that you weren't fully connected to the website so the page didn't load. I've cleared your form cache's from our end so I would suggest clearing your browser cache one more time then try it again.

    If that doesn't help then something else I would recommend is resetting your home network to clear out any data which might have bottlenecked as that can also cause this problem sometimes.

    Thanks -- turns out my IT department recently installed new web filtering software that was blocking your site (McAfee Web Gateway 7, FYI) -- just had them white list it and all is well.
