Missing information in Autoresponder email

    Hi,

I'm having a problem with the Autoresponder Email. Submitters are supposed to receive a copy of their submitted data by email. However, there were some missing details in the email. Those details were still submitted and saved in my database; they just were not sent to the submitters. I don't know what I did wrong that caused this problem. Please let me know if there is anything I need to do to fix it.

    Thank you very much,

    Ngan.

    Hi,

Probably some of the field tags on your autoresponder emails are not incorrect or they were not updated when you made changes to your form fields. The easiest fix is to recreate your autoresponder emails. Just delete your existing autoresponder and create a new one.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I tried deleting and recreating my autoresponder email but it still doesn't work. The email still includes the fields, just not the details I submitted. I attached the image so you could see how it is.

    Hello TOCcustom,

I did test your form with its direct URL but I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. I sent you a test submission and the auto-responder email I received does display the value of "Height" and "Weight" correctly. Please check the screenshot below:

Have you embedded this form in your web page? You have not used your form's source code to embed your form correct? Please share the web page URL and we will take a look if there is any problem.

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

Yes you were right. I made a small mistake when embedding the form to my web page. I just figured that out and my problem was solved.

Thank you very much for your support.
