Can responses to 3 different forms all populate into same database?Asked by chastitymoore2 on September 25, 2014 at 11:54 PM
I am trying to create an automated interview, which has 3 parts to it and as someone submits each form, it leads them to the next form...until they get to the 3rd from.
Is this possible, and if so, can the responses to all forms go into one database so as the client goes through each of the 3 forms (and has the same email address on each form)?
If so, is this part of the free or paid subscription?
You can add the second form to the first form's custom thank you URL, and third form to the second form's custom thank you URL. Here's a guide for this method: http://www.jotform.com/help/38-Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page
If you want to pass the first form value to the second form, for example, the email address, you can use our Prepopulation Method. For example: http://www.jotform.com/answers/234321-How-to-pass-value-from-one-form-to-another-form.
OR, this one using PHP: http://www.jotform.com/help/213-Send-POST-Data-From-JotForm-Using-PHP-in-Custom-Thank-You-Page
If you need to send the form responses to your own Database, you can do that using Send Post Method: http://www.jotform.com/help/126-How-to-send-Submissions-to-Your-MySQL-Database-Using-PHP
All of these methods are available whatever plan you subscribe.
