➤➤➤★I need to FREE up the upload space!! Help PLEASE!?!?★

I've read several threads about this issue already but just want to clarify from you guys because i don't want to go deleting certain information and then NEVER be able to use it or put it up again. That being said, I notice your guys Auto Delete App doesn't work as "intended". So EXACTLY how do i do this process manually? Is their a way to by pass the upload space lets say if my clients submit a link via jot form instead of uploading directly!?!?! I look forward to hearing from you today and thanks in advance.

First of all, please do not post your questions in multiple non-related threads. That's not the way it works here. If you have a problem, you should open your own thread and wait for someone to respond. We gladly help our paid users as well as our free users, but we ask cooperation on your part.

On regards to the free up space, simply make sure you have downloaded your files along with your submissions, then go ahead and delete them.

This should solve the problem.

First of all i don't know how anything works and if you would of read what i wrote you would know that. Also i already said sorry for being impatient I'm not going to say sorry again. Also I seen people posting brand new questions and they were getting replies as fast as i could hit the refresh button, so i thought their might of been a glitch in the system like you guys werent seeing my question. So chill out because i DID open my OWN THREAD! ;-) 

I have no problem cooperating, However like i said, I don't know how ANYTHING works on jot form it was all i could do to make my own form. 

I have everything downloaded but just not the submissions themselves but those are in my email. If i delete EVERYTHING will that delete what's in my email inbox as well!?!?!

P.s. did you guys get the delete app working yet? Or you guys have to take it up to a 3rd level? Also your a Manager so you should NEVER say anything to your customers about weather they pay or not because that scares them away thinking that your only really going to help them as much as you can if they are paid users and you don't want that impression for jot form correct? ;-)

In order to free the space up, you must download the pictures then delete the submissions.

To start, select your form, from My Forms view, then click on Submissions

Then, follow the steps in the screenshot below:

1. To download the files, click on each link to each file, and save it.

2. To download the submissions text, click on any of the format (Excel,CSV or PDF)

3. Once you are done with both processes, then you can delete all the submissions
