I have created some forms and I want to link them, My challenge is populating a sequential number from this form (Field Name is Form Number) to this form (field name is Form Number)

In addition, how do I create an app so that the client only sees the Service Call Request while the service tech and admin sees all the forms?

How can I do this IF statement:

IF Drop off / Pickup is equal to I will drop off the unit to be serviced value [IS] JOB SHEET: Inhouse Service? YES

    Workflow:

    (1) Client logs Service Call request

    2) Admin approves service call and assigns technician on the Job Sheet

    3) Technician trouble shoots and fills job sheet and submits when finished

    4) Client is notified and approves job

    5) Admin is notified of approval & sends invoice by email - with thank you.

How do I find back a form that is saved but not yet submitted?

    Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Since you have multiple inquiries, I have split them and created their own threads so we don't get things mixed up that could lead to confusion.

In this thread, I'll be answering your question about populating a field from one form to another via the Jotform Approval flow. This though is a bit complicated so I need more time to set it up and come back to you as soon as it is finished.

Your other questions will also be answered shortly. Please find the threads below:

Creating an App with custom visibility

    Setting up the IF statement

    Locating an unfinished submission

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Thanks for patiently waiting. Here's a flow based on your requirement:

The tricky part here is the part where we have to copy a field's value to another form. I had to add a new field and a condition just to get that working. To save you from inconvenience, I moved my forms to your account already(titled Cloned *name of the form*).

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
