Hi,
I just created a new form (a clone of another form) titled "2023 Ancillary and In-Conjunction-With Meetings Application". The "Submission confirmation email to submitter" is not going through. I previously set up the email address acmgmeeting@acmg.net - I had my IT department help. Can you please look into this for me?
Thanks,

Greetings,
Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support.
I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Maybe the issue resolved itself. That happens sometimes. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same problem again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

I tried it again, and it still doesn't work. Please note - in your clone, your confirmation email was sent from noreply@jotform.com. I had my confirmation email set to be sent from acmgmeeting@acmg.net, an email address that I added months ago. For now, I am just going to switch it to be sent from noreply@jotform.com, but I would really like for it to be switched to acmgmeeting@acmg.net.
Thanks,
Jenna -

Hello Jenna,
Thanks for getting back to Jotform. You can try to run a test submission using noreply@jotform.com then revert to acmgmeeting@acmg.net right after then perform a clear cache of the form by following the guide from this link. I also suggest clearing the cache and cookies on the browser that you are using most of the time.
I cloned your form and ran a test submission but I was able to receive both Email Notification and Autoresponder Email. Check out the sample on the screencast below:
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
