Unable to download submissions PDF file

    Helo,

    I am able to down load one Jot Form submission but when I click to download the next I am unable to due so and get a message that it has been blocked. This does not occur for my co-worker. How can I correct this issue? ~ Thanks, Tammy

    Hi Tammy,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I can see that you have one form but no submissions. Can you please provide the URL of the form in question? Also, may we know what error are you getting when downloading it? Please provide a screenshot of the error.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Hi Tammy,

    We checked our email logs and found that you are one of the recipients of the notification emails of the forms from account GICare. I checked the form's email settings and I can see that the PDF attachment has been disabled by the form owner.

    Kindly reach out to the form owner and let them know that they need to enable the PDF attachment.
