Hi, one of my clients is seeing an error when trying to hit the submit button. The button seems to be unresponsive and the logo on the top left is highlighted in blue.

I was not able to reproduce the issue in Google Chrome on my side.
You might suggest your client clear browser cache and cookies to see if that helps. Also, you might consider using an iFrame version of the jotform on the web page. The iFrame might help if there are any conflicts between jotform and other scripts on the page.
