Hi,
You are sending your autoresponder email using your own personal email address. Try to switch it to noreply@jotform.com or add your email address through SMTP method:

Here's you current settings:
Changing it to noreply@jotform.com should work.

but the other 2 errors are still happening. Are you still working on those?
