Some of our clients are reporting that the form is not visible to my website

    Hello, the evaluation jot form is not working on our website - please can you check why our clients can not see it?

    Hi,

    Upon checking your account, it seems that the forms are live and active. I also checked the link you gave and the form is showing up. I cloned your form and tried to do a test submission, it seems to work fine in my end.

    May I ask what your clients are seeing? What browser's are they using and if an error message is being displayed?

    Hi Amanda,

    I was able to view the form here without any issues. The only thing I noticed is your embed is missing some line, you have it as:

    <script src="https://www.jotform.com/jsform/12232801198" ></script>

    The correct one is:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.com/jsform/12232801198"></script>

    Please try to change it to the correct one. If the result is the same, then I would recommend using our iFrame embed codes: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. iFrame should help.
