Hello! I have loved the site, ease of use , etc. I have been having some trouble lately though. Most recently (today), someone who was trying to fill out the form got a message after she clicked submit, something like "the form is not working. Please contact the form's owner."
Also, I have not gotten email notification sent to me for the last 2 submissions. Never had trouble with this before. What to do?

Thank you for contacting us.
The form looks good. I have submitted it, and I was properly redirected to the PayPal payment page.
There is a fresh 'incomplete payment submission' on the form. If you actually received the payment for mentioned submission, you can manually complete it. This will move the entry to the form submissions and trigger the Email Notifications.

I am afraid that your client will need to re-submit the form if the payment was not processed.
