    Hello!

You are saying that you need to add and/or remove fields on your notification emails, correct?

Here is how you can do it:

    1. Go to your Notification Emails section
    2. To add a field, click on Form Fields and choose the one you need
    3. To remove a field, just select the field you need to remove from the content table and choose Delete Row

    Cath

    Hello MapeiNZ,

Thanks for patiently waiting. I understand that you want to delete and add form fields from the Email Notification that was sent as part of your approval workflow. Check out the steps and screencast below to see how it's done:

    • To delete a field, select the field from the row, right-click on your mouse, select cut, or simply press backspace on your keyboard.
    • Click the form field on the top toolbar and enter the names of the fields you want to add.
    • Once you click your preferred fields, you'll see the unique name of the field added to the row.

    Hi MapeiNZ,

Thanks for your patience and understanding. The fields that are required to appear in the emails are used by placing the unique name of each item into the email. Can you try to change the unique name of the items that you have created in your form but cannot see in the email fields, and add this name to the email manually? Changing the unique name of your items is easy, let me show you how:

    • Open your form in Form Builder, click on the fields that are not visible in the email fields, and click on the Gear icon to access Properties.
    • Under the Advanced tab, scroll down to Field Details, and change the Unique Name.

Can you try to place this unique name you just created as an email field?

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
