Form Theme doesn't apply when changed

    Hi- I am having issues applying a particular theme to the form. Whatever theme whether custom or otherwise that I attempt to apply, these are not updated when I see the preview.... I need help ASAP so that I can submit the survey...

    Hello Julio,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    Can you try it again and see how it goes? I also cleared the cache of your form for additional precautions and this fixes the glitches on forms. If you run into the same problem again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

    Hi Julio,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry that you are having issues on your form. I cloned your form and tried to replicate the issue, but everything worked the way it should. I changed the form theme two times but I was able to see the changes on the Preview and Live form. Check out my results in the screencast below:

    I have cleared your form cache, manually clearing form cache can help remove minor bugs or glitches and refresh the status of your form. Let me show you how:

    • Go to your My Account and select Settings
    • Scroll down, and click the Clear Cache button on the Form Caches section.
    • An alert message will appear saying “All caches are cleared”. Click the OK button, and you are done!

    1667311788 636128ac152ec  Screenshot 21If the issue was not resolved after clearing the form Cache, please log out of your Jotform Account, then clear your browsers cache and cookies, you check the links below for reference. Once you are done, close your current browser session and Re-login to your Jotform Account on a fresh browser session, then try changing your form theme again. Another workaround is by cloning your current form, then try changing the theme on that cloned form, you can refer to this guide on How to Clone an Existing Form From a URL?
