How can we change the log in email address?

    If we already signed for one year and expiring in next year may 2023, can we upgrade or change to enterprise plan?

    Hi Serene,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can still upgrade to the Enterprise plan. Once you've upgraded to the Enterprise plan, we can cancel your Yearly subscription and issue a pro-rated refund. You can change the account email address on your Account Settings. Click on the Account tab and then click on the Edit hyperlink next to your email address.
